Lesley Reid
Hub Development Manager
Lesley became the Hub Development Manager in 2023, building on 24 years of experience as a Service Manager with a Lanarkshire-based mental health charity. Her professional journey is shaped by personal experience—Lesley was the primary carer for her Mum for 19 years following a dementia diagnosis. Her lived experience offers an empathic understanding of the far-reaching impact of dementia—not only on the person diagnosed, but also on their carers, families, and wider community.
She enjoys socialising with family and friends and keeps active through regular gym workouts and time outdoors.
